Tonkatsu curry don

I am slow. I brought a packet of Japanese curry with me and have beem using it to make Japanese curry chicken. Japanese curry is great because the bought cubes really do taste like what you get in the restaurants. And one of my favourite meals to order in J Cafe was katsu curry don - Japanese curry over a crumbed pork cutlet. So why the hell has it taken me so long to realise that I could just go buy a wiener schnitzel from Lidl and combine it with Jap curry to make katsu curry don?!?!

 

Not a very good photograph but, dayum! That Lidl schnitzel was pretty awesome!
