Oooh, Christian Bale. He's no Mr. Darcy and Batman's a little too tortured for my liking, but...damn if I don't say woo! Now THIS was a big movie that delivered. Sword fights, things that explode, a plot!
My criticisms are thus -
Sometimes the vibrating floor was a bit distracting and it felt like I was on a rollercoaster ride.
Katie Holmes as the assistant DA? I don't think so.
The last third was a bit too much like Dark City.
Otherwise, I give it 4-4.5 out of 5!
