Movie review - Iron Sky

Following their defeat in 1945, the remaining Nazi forces colonised the dark side of the Moon to regroup. 70 years later, American astronauts stumble across the Moon Nazi base, sparking the Nazi reinvasion of the Earth - WHO CAN DEFEAT THEM?!?!


A Finnish/German/Australian co-production...THIS MOVIE IS AWESOME!!!! Seriously, watch this trailer and tell me you don't think it's amazingly awesome!

I watched this very late at night with a couple of very tall German friends in a cinema that was pretty much full and comprised of 95% male audience, basically a room full of people who would have killed me in the 1930s-40s. And you might think, how the hell can a room full of Germans find this funny? Even Der Spiegel wrote that some things (like everything this film does) should not be used as comedy filler. A cinema was full of hooting laughter and Markus' exclamations that the movie was completely Wahnsinn! (insane!) can not be wrong!  

Seriously. Go out and watch this. It's absolutely hilarious.
