Can anyone explain to me...

why a card I received (SHOE WHORE!!!), which I assume was posted in London, is postmarked "Priority A".....from Sweden?

It even has a PO box in Malmo as the address if the card couldn't be delivered.

No particular reason why, I'm just curious.
