A visit from Riz!

Last year while she was zipping around Europe, Riz told me she'd accepted a posting in ROMA. Heillige Scheisse, that's awesome! This weekend she made to back to Munchies for a visit and had a mini-Aussie catch up with Zo-zo, and Stephen (who is posted in Geneva).

It was a lovely sunshiney day after so many grey Autumn skies and we spent the time buzzing around town taking photos at Odeonsplatz, enjoying playgrounds, and generally strolling around and enjoying the various sites. 

 She also reminded me that I need to visit her in Rome, which was reiterated by Zo because apparently her apartment is like a palazzo, and since it's on the Aussie govt and my family pay taxes, I should take advantage of it! Will try for next year! ;)
