I've got a cold, which is disappointing because I got some very promising preliminary results in my GFAP-immunos on some sections of cerebellum from the original knock-out project. I don't want to get too excited, but ....very..promising.
Must not get too excited.
Anyway, other than that, I also learned two other histological techniques, Luxol Fast Blue for myelin which is very easy, and Bielschowsky's silver impregnation stain for axoms, which is not.
