It's a funny thing being an ex-pat. The longer I stay away, the more I care about the things I used to have but didn't really bother about, like eating Asian food and access to a real beach. On that note, here's some honey joys I made to celebrate Australia/Invasion Day that I brought as dessert to Stefanie and Jacob's place (although they'd already prepared a 3-course Indian dinner), and then palmed off to people at work.
