Today's calcium loading attempt didn't work. They pretty much haven't worked since this entry back in November. Four months worth of rats died.
Today, we decided to stop killing rats to do experiments that don't work. Instead I am going to kill rats to culture their cells and do the same experiment in culture rather than whole tissue preparations.
