I have been trying to show that vesicles are in retinal glia. I had been testing an antibody for cellubrevin and it looked good. We weren't convinced though so I repeated it with cross-sections of optic nerve.
OMG.That's a 20x magnification. Red = astrocytes, green = cellubrevin, yellow = where they occur in the same place!
This is a 60x. Mmmm...looks good. And the especially good thing is that it looks like the cellubrevin is in the astrocyte processes - exactly where i want them to be!
