The hayfever season has barely started and already I'm dying in clouds of sneezes and waves of nasal mucus. An even worse development that I noticed yesterday was that my eyes and lips are also developing symptoms - itchy redness. BAH!
My main counter-attack to my biological dysfunction (it's not called Hypersensitivity Type I for nothing!) has been the use of oral tablet antihistamines. However, the tablets this season seem to have limited effectivness - the mucus is decreased but it's still there! So the skin around my nose is raw from being wiped by tissues, and my lips and eyes are red and peeling from the immune attack.
*sigh*
I'm gonna have to live in a world of eternal winters soon :(
