Number 101 - If you feel you must follow a trend, choose your style carefully!!!
Heroin chic is not my favourite trend - for one, I don't see the appeal of looking like a druggie. Euw. But if you feel that's all you can pull off, Kate Moss will do as someone who may be addicted to drugs but outwardly seems fine. Amy Winehouse is another story altogether.

R - Sometimes she keeps it up by tying a cloth around it (source)

I don't know why anyone would do that to themselves. It is just not an attractive look at all.
Ugh, Amy Winehouse. I dislike her very much. Almost as much as Lily Allen... uuuugggghhh
Hmm - never been a supporter of the heroin chic look.
However, if the offender chose to adopt this look, did she really need to combine it with clashes of strong colours too? (ie. what looks like blue, red and yellow)
But maybe she was on her way to a costume party?
